Essential Care Plan
This is a yearly plan for software support – hours purchased are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Minimum 5 hours @ £70 + VAT per hour.
- No roll over to next year. Any unused hours will be forfeit.
- 72 hour SLA. We will respond to the issue within this time.
- Any additional development work will be charged at £85 + VAT per hour.
Support is defined as an issue resolution, data checking or content updates. It includes the following actions:
- Bug reports, investigations, and bug fixes
- User support for content updates
- Checking or gathering data from application and performance
- Module/plugin updates when/if required
Support does not include:
- New functionality or features on an application
- Consistent monitoring of application logs
- Regular disaster recovery testing
- Moving hosts or domain registrars
Monthly Growth Accelerator Package
This is a monthly package which focuses on helping to optimize and enhance software solutions. It includes all in the Essential Care Plan but also new functionality development, regular reviews and strategic advice for future development:
- Minimum 5 hours @ £75 + VAT per hour
- No roll over to next month. Any unused hours will be forfeit.
- 48h SLA. We will respond to the issue within this time.
- Any additional development work will be charged @ £85 + VAT per hour
Monthly Premium Partnership Package
This is a monthly package which offer a comprehensive suite of services, combining ongoing maintenance, proactive support, regular feature updates, and priority access to development resources. It is designed for clients who require a high level of ongoing collaboration and support.
- Minimum 50 hours @ £70 + VAT per hour
- 1 month rollover of unused hours.
- 24h SLA. We will respond to the issue within this time.
- Any additional development work will be charged @ £75 + VAT per hour.
