Rapha approached us as a start up with nothing but a name and product formula; they had big ideas and a great product but needed help creating not only a digital platform but an identity too. This was such an exciting project to work on for our creatives as it included logo design, product design, packaging design, website design and brand photography, all of which is within a new and emerging consumer market.
We had creative freedom with the client but a clear brief that the product was a premium formula and therefore would be an aspirational brand and our work needed to reflect this. A lot of time was taken creating different elements and seeing how they complimented each other - one of our designers Ania had great fun sketching hand illustrations of Greek statues and repeat patterns for the packaging! Thoughout the project, we needed to ensure the identity was flexible and transferrable, the logo and associated design elements needed to integrate successfully on everything from bottle lids to their website.
